Before planning to go and stay at the beautiful villas in Thailand, checking the weather and climate is somehow important. The right timing for vacation in Thailand is so much influenced by the weather. Coming for holiday in the rainy season will not be as exciting as during cool or dry season for sure. If you want your stay at the villas in Thailand comfortable and relaxed, then it’s better to come in December as at that time the temperature only reaches 30 Celsius degree and the cool breezes will loosen up your fatigued muscles.
The four major areas in Thailand which are the central, north, northeast, and east are generally blessed with three different seasons throughout the year, hot season from February to June, rainy season from June to October, and cool season from October to February. If you choose to enjoy your vacation in Bangkok in April, get ready to feel the hot temperature up to 35 Celsius degree. This time will be perfect if you are a sort of person looking for the spot for sunbathing, basking, or just laying down on the beach while enjoying the sense of tropical breezes.
Around New Year time, the north areas comprising Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai and Mae Hong Son as well as the northeast areas are cold and chilly. The temperature at night can reach until 11-13 Celsius degree, so you are suggested to prepare and wear the warm clothes during New Year. April offers more convenient holiday as the temperature only goes to maximum 30 Celsius degree. During rainy season, it’s not recommended to go trekking. You can go for it from October to January as this time is the most contented period.
The south parts of Thailand, from Prachuap Khiri Khan to the boundary of Malaysian, only have two seasons, dry and rainy season. The general climate is sizzling and moist, as the occurrence of rain in these areas in relatively higher than the other parts of Thailand. Particularly if you come from March to November, you will be welcome by the high temperature from 30 to 36 Celsius degree. Apart from these humid areas, the eastern side of the southern peninsular is a bit cooler. The average temperature is about 28 or 20 Celsius degree to 33 or 34 Celsius degree. |
