There are two wonderful beaches on Khao Sam Roi Yot national park, the Sam Phraya beach and Laem Sala beach. These two beaches reflect the same attractiveness, making them popular for tourists. The Thailand villa enthusiasts can easily find pleasant restaurants, charming bungalows, picnic grounds as well as comfortable washrooms on the Laem Sala beach. To get the Laem Sala Beach you just need to follow the trail from the nearby beach or the other way you can ride the boat by paying only 100 Bath per person one way. Meanwhile, to reach the Sam Phraya beach you can pass the road which is well marked all over the park.
Don’t miss out either to take a look at the attractive cave called Phraya Nakhon Cave at the park area. To get there you will need to climb for about 45-minute from Laem Sala Beach. The trail to reach the cave is sharp and stony. Be careful when especially after the rain, as the trail can cause slippery. The cave’s form is unique as a result of the sinkholes’ distortion in the past time. Amongst the tourists, Phraya Nakhon Cave is considered as one of Thailand's most scenic and photographed caves. Then your visit to Khao Sam Roi Yot, will be more impressive if you also stay at the beautiful villas in Thailand bliss, they are Aardvark villa, white elephant, villa gaifa, and seahorse villa.
Khao Daeng Mountain Viewpoint is also worth experiencing even though this place is quite challenging and relatively hard to be climbed. Along the trail, you will be a bit difficult to recognize the wooden signs as the tracks are not apparently spotted, so you are not recommended to go alone. Be careful and aware with everything you face on the way. To get the trailhead you can go from the southern entry of the park for about 500 meters, and then you will find the trail and continued by going to the left. The climb will need about 45 minutes of your time.
Then if you want to explore further the whole island areas, you can ride the rental boat available in Khao Daeng village. This boat riding can be taken around 2 hours, and you can choose to start your tour in the early morning or late afternoon as during these times you can easily find the birds and other animal life in great numbers. You will be charged very affordable fare and the boat can be occupied by 8 people. Along the way your eyes will be spoilt by the most scenic views. This kind of awe-inspiring excursion is worth doing while spending your holiday at one of the villas in Thailand. |
