Q:   How close is the beach?
A:   The 4 featured villas in Phu Noi (Aardvark Villa, Seahorse Villa, Villa White Elephant and Villa Gai Faa) are either beach front or  easy walking distance (100-200 m).  You may need a bicycle or motor bike for beach access from the villas in the other locations.

Q:   Are the villas equipped with air-conditioning?
A:   The bedrooms are generally air-conditioned.  Some villas also have the air-conditioned living room and dining areas but the others have open-design living rooms with fans and natural breeze.   Please email us for exact information.

Q:   Are the villas suitable for children?
A:   Our villas are generally great for children!  No need to worry about a complaining neighbor over crying babies.  Many of our villas have facilities (baby cot, high-chair, etc.) dedicated for children.  Some have toys and even offer child care service.

Q:   Is there a minimum night stay?
A:   Most of our Villas do not have minimum number of nights, except for the peak season (Christmas, New Year, when 7-night minimum stay applies).  For Seahorse Villa, we only accept bookings of one-week or longer.

Q:   Is there discounted weekly rates?
A:   Yes, all of our villas have discounted rates for one to three weeks’ stay.

Q:   Is the breakfast included in the villa rental price?
A:   No.  However, our villas offer breakfast at reasonable costs.  Self-catering option is also available.

Q:   Is the maid service included in the villa rental price?
A:   All of our villas’ rental prices include maid service.  The 4 featured villas in Phu Noi (Aardvark Villa, Seahorse Villa, Villa White Elephant and Villa Gai Faa) also comes with service of an English-speaking manager who can arrange transport, excursions and whatever else may come up.

Q:   Is there Internet access?
A:   Some villas offer internet access (either wired or wireless) without extra charges.

Q:   Is there satellite TV?
A:   Most of the villas have satellite TV in the living room and/or in the guest rooms.

Q:   Is the price of the villa rental same regardless of the number of guests?
A:   Yes, up to the limit of the number of guests accepted at the villa.  Some villas have surcharges for large groups (persons above certain number of guests are charged extra).

Q:   Can we hire a cook while we are there?
A:   We offer a private chef or local cook service for the 4 featured villas in Phu Noi (Aardvark Villa, Seahorse Villa, Villa White Elephant and Villa Gai Faa)  based on availability.

Q:   Is the pool at the villa private or shared with the others?
A:   Most of our villas offer private swimming pools.

Q:   Is there any night life in Phu Noi?
A:   Night life is not exactly the reason for you to visit Phu Noi.. But there is plenty of it  in Hua Hin, which is about 40-45min drive from Phu Noi.

Q:   What are the activities in the area?
A:   Activities in the area include: swimming, golf, kayaking, mountain biking, hiking, boat rides, kite boarding and bird watching.

Q:   Is the price of the unit per person?
A:   No, all the villa prices are for the entire villa.

Q:   What are some extra expenses (e.g. travel from airport to villa)?
A:   The villa rental does not include food costs, transportation, activities or gratuities for staff.  (Tax is included.)

Q:   Is there vacation insurance to cover costs in case of bad weather?
A:   No. Refunds are only given if the villa is rendered unlivable or if there are restrictions of entry.

Q:   How do I arrange for transportation?
A:   Our English-speaking manager can assist you with car rental or taxi service to get around in the area.  Airport pick-up, drop-off maybe also arranged at reasonable costs.

Q:   Where can I do grocery shopping?
A:   There are supermarkets in Pranburi town, which is about 20 min drive from Phu Noi.  For the 4 featured villas in Phu Noi (Aardvark Villa, Seahorse Villa, Villa White Elephant and Villa Gai Faa) , we also offer shopping service to ensure essential items are in the fridge for your arrival.

Q:   How much privacy will we have around the property?
A:   We guarantee privacy in the villas.  Our staff are well-trained to respect privacy of the guests.

Q:   Can you organize a birthday party for our child or arrange dinner for special evening?
A:   For the 4 featured villas in Phu Noi(Aardvark Villa, Seahorse Villa, Villa White Elephant and Villa Gai Faa) , our English-speaking manager would be pleased to organize small private parties.  We can also arrange special dinner by private chefs  for a group of up to 10 people with a menu of your choice .
